Daniel J. Bajadek, MAI, CRE, leads the Office Valuation Practice for CBRE’S Valuation & Advisory Department based in Chicago, Illinois. Mr. Bajadek has over twenty-nine years of commercial real estate valuation experience, including fifteen years as the Midwest Director of PricewaterhouseCoopers Real Estate Valuation & Consulting Group. Based in Chicago, Mr. Bajadek has completed assignments across the United States, on a wide variety of property types including office, retail, industrial, multi-family residential, hotels and motels, net-leased investments, medical office buildings, restaurants, residential and commercial subdivisions, rail corridors, and other special purpose properties. He is also a member of the International Valuation Team.
