He graduated from University of North Carolina, Wilmington with a degree in finance and is a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), Apartment Association of Orange County (AAOC) and Apartment Association, California Southern Cities (AACSC).
