Dave Lockard has been with CBRE since 1997 and specializes in multifamily property sales. Dave is a team leader for CBRE’s Central Midwest Multifamily.
During his career, Dave has been involved in the sale of nearly 30,000 units with an aggregate value over $1.5 billion. Prior to CBRE, Dave was Corporate Manager for a private investor, where he was responsible for asset management of a 7,000-unit multi-housing portfolio and was involved in the acquisition and disposition of apartment properties and placement of debt.
