David has 30+ years of hotel consulting, underwriting, and valuation experience and has worked on assignments around the world for an array of institutional, local and governmental clients. In mid-2022, David was tapped to lead the National Hotel Property Tax practice of CBRE Hotels Advisory. As the practice leader, David directs more than 20 property tax professionals strategically situated around the country to ensure best-in-class tax valuation advisory to local and national hotel owners. Prior to joining CBRE, David was a Managing Director at HVS running the Washington, D.C. office as well as being a member of the global sales team.
