Associated Office
David Guenther is an Associate in CBRE’s Institutional Properties Group focusing on the disposition of middle-market multifamily assets in the greater Chicago Metropolitan area.
Previously, Mr. Guenther worked as a Financial Analyst for the Office Investment Sales team within CBRE’s Institutional Properties Group. This team specialized in the representation of institutional owners in the disposition of office investment properties throughout the Chicago area and broader Midwest region. Mr. Guenther’s responsibilities included due diligence management, financial underwriting, investor communication, and marketing collateral preparation.
Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Guenther worked for Ernst & Young in the firm’s Transaction Real Estate Group where his team assisted firms to strategically manage capital and navigate transactions involving their real estate portfolio both domestically and abroad.
Throughout his career, Mr. Guenther has been involved in the successful disposition of assets valued at over $2 billion in aggregate and covering nearly 9 million square feet.
