Associated Office
David Hochstrasser joined the CBRE Financial Consulting Group (FCG) in August 2013. As an Associate Director in the FCG Atlanta office, he is responsible for servicing the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic Regions. Mr. Hochstrasser holds a valued position on the financial consulting team and provides state-of-the-art financial and analytical consulting to institutional, financial, and corporate clients. His experience extends to all facets of commercial real estate including Office, Industrial, Retail, Multi-Housing, Hospitality, and Mixed-Use.

As a member of FCG, Mr. Hochstrasser is intimately involved in the underwriting of commercial properties marketed for sale throughout the United States, utilizing expert knowledge of both Argus Financial Software and Microsoft Excel. He works closely with real estate brokers and advises asset managers and property owners on critical property level financial issues and identifies areas for value creation while utilizing excellent understanding of capital markets, corporate real estate, and industry underwriting standards and techniques to benefit clients.
