David Kettler has worked in the commercial real estate industry since 2007. Prior to joining CBRE in 2018, he spent 10 years with Terzo & Bologna, Inc. in Indianapolis, IN as an appraiser. His work encompasses providing appraisal and consulting services to numerous local, regional, and national clients. He has completed a wide range of appraisal and consulting assignments, including fee simple, leased fee, and leasehold valuations of multifamily residential, office, medical office, industrial, business park, self-storage, retail, mixed-use, and special use properties in Indiana as well as Illinois and Michigan.
Mr. Kettler provides appraisal and consulting services for a variety of commercial real estate products for financing, acquisition/disposition, property tax appeal, estate planning, and asset evaluation. Clients include a broad base of property owners, investors, commercial and investment banks, insurance companies, and REITs.
Mr. Kettler has extensive experience providing services for multifamily properties in HUD MAP 223(f), HUD MAP 221(d)4, Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation (Freddie Mac), and Federal National Mortgage Associate (Fannie Mae) programs.
