David Kristjanson is the Life Sciences Project Management Global Leader, GWS | Enterprise, based in the Northeast. The GWS | Enterprise business delivers highly effective work environments through end-to-end, integrated services for large, leading organizations globally.

As Life Sciences Sector Lead, David’s responsibilities include the oversight of the Project Management platform with a global team of over 300 PJM professionals that serve several of the world’s leading life sciences corporations. David is an expert in developing business cases and teams to design, build and deliver highly complex R&D and biomanufacturing facilities that help improve and save lives.

David joined CBRE in 2021 and has held a variety of life science leadership roles. He has deep sector expertise and operational experience with CBRE’s global leadership, sales, and service delivery teams. David’s internal relationships are critical to leveraging the best of CBRE to deliver superior outcomes for our clients.
