David Theising

David Theising brings over 20 years of experience in onsite construction project management of large complex projects where he is responsible for the overall direction, completion, and financial outcome of all projects. David has veteran experience in projects including private sector, public sector, K-12 schools, healthcare, and capital improvement programs. David also has invaluable experience in program management where he has led the planning, development and design of dozens of projects, leading teams and representing clients with state and city agencies and as it relates to construction.
As a Senior Construction Project Manager, David is versed in coordinating all necessary aspects of work to ensure that a projects goals, budget, and schedule milestones are met. He has unparalleled experience in leading projects through the regulatory approval process including local building departments, building inspectors, fire marshals and other authorities having jurisdiction. David also has a strong understanding of building operations systems. He is known in the industry for his collaborative team spirit; leading teams in completing milestone projects.
