Dawn Herrmann

Dawn leads the day-to-day operations on the HCA account, for the Continental Division, which includes Denver, CO, and Wichita, KS. Her current portfolio includes 1.2 million square feet of medical office space, consisting of six medical campuses and 26 buildings. She works closely with her team to maintain compliance with Stark and Anti-kickback Laws as well as the HCA Policy and Procedures, to ensure 100 % Client satisfaction.

Dawn joined the HCA account in 2003 with Trammell Crow Company, as a Property Manager on the Rose Medical Center campus in Denver, CO. In 2006 she was promoted to Senior Property Manager and, shortly after Trammell Crow Company was acquired by CBRE, Dawn was promoted to overseeing the property managers prior to being promoted to the Account Operations Director.

Dawn brings with her 17 years of healthcare property management with expertise in leasing, tenant finish, budgeting, and customer service. Prior to joining CBRE, Dawn worked for Insite Properties, Inc. as the property manager on several privately owned commercial buildings and four medical office buildings for Centura Health.
