Deanna Jennings has been with CBRE since August of 2012 and now serves in Capital Markets as an Operations Manager. In Operations, Deanna is the point of contact for the Industrial and Office property verticals to provide platform tools and resources that help identify new business opportunities and create an environment of client intelligence sharing. Deanna also provides operational leadership for the Capital Markets platform as a whole. She is one of the business owners of Capital Markets technology solutions for various applications such as Salesforce, Marketplace and The Well. Deanna also project manages the Cap Rate Survey (the #1 downloaded CBRE publication) twice a year to coordinate a collaborative effort between Capital Markets, Marketing, CBRE Research and Valuation teams to publish cap rates and trends for the top 40+ markets in the U.S.
Prior to joining the Capital Markets team, Deanna worked as a Sr. Business Training Specialist in the Global PMO organization. As a technical trainer, she conducted webinar and classroom training on applications such as Microsoft Dynamics (“CBRE360”), SharePoint and PeopleSoft myHR. She has also partnered with the Learning & Development group and the African American Network Group (AANG) to lead content development for the 2013 AANG National Conference.
Deanna is also a Field Delegate for the Women’s Network Dallas Chapter, and leads the Women’s Network National initiatives with the other Field Delegates to increase membership, provide professional development opportunities, and create a community of collaboration and leadership in the Dallas office.
Deanna received her undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University and Master of Arts from the University of Texas in San Antonio.
