Associated Office
Deborah Walton is a Real Estate Manager for CBRE, Inc. based in the Honolulu office. Ms. Walton oversees all aspects of management and operations for the properties she manages including the development of the business plan and all financial and accounting initiatives.
Ms. Walton began her career in property management in 1980 working with well-known companies in the industry such as Coldwell Banker and Cushman & Wakefield. She joined CBRE in the year 2000 working on four retail shopping centers in Phoenix, Arizona. After transferring to Hawaii in 2001, she began managing retail, office and industrial space on Oahu as well as being the condominium manager for the Financial Plaza of the Pacific, owned by Bank of Hawaii, American Savings Bank, and Luxury Row at 2100 Kalakaua Avenue.
Currently, Ms. Walton manages a portfolio consisting of approximately 439,000 sq. ft. of retail and office space for Walgreen Co., Target Corporation, Niu Pia Land Company and the Yim family.
Deborah has delivered results to both national clients and locally-owned private investors with her strongest and most important skill being her client and tenant relationships.
