Dominic Young

Dominic Young uses his analytical and creative mindset to guide his clients toward the best decisions for their real estate needs. Partnered with Serena Wedlich, SIOR, the team uses their unmatched knowledge of the Sky Harbor Airport Area and Southeast Valley industrial markets to ensure their clients are well-informed throughout the process. Prior to joining CBRE, Dominic gained acquisitional and institutional experience working on all property types in a variety of roles. He joined CBRE's research department in 2022 where he expanded his local market knowledge and made invaluable connections within the Phoenix brokerage community. In his free time Dominic is an avid music listener and remains extremely active by playing soccer, golf, pickleball, doing yoga, hiking, and mountain biking.

Dominic graduated from the University of Missouri-Columbia with a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance and Real Estate. He is certified in Argus Enterprise Software Solutions. He is also a NAIOP (National Association of Industrial and Office Properties) Developing Leader, Greater Phoenix Economic Council Ambassador and a member of CBRE Rising Professionals Organization's Phoenix chapter.
