Donna Stevenson is Sales Manager for the Carolinas which includes the Charlotte, North Carolina office and Greenville, Columbia and Charleston, South Carolina offices. As Sales Manager, Donna assists in managing the business development process, the identification and qualification of opportunities, and the assignment of individuals to pursuit teams, broker debriefs. and coordination of geographic and line of business sales efforts. Donna also partners with local business leaders to attract, develop, and retain a highly effective salesforce to foster growth in the Carolinas.
Donna Stevenson joined CBRE via the merger with Trammell Crow Company in 2006. During her time at CBRE, Donna had been in many roles. Prior to Sales Manager, Donna was Transaction Manager for the Advisory & Transaction Services team. Donna was responsible for providing transaction management support for acquisition and dispositions for the team’s multimarket accounts, supporting lease administration/portfolio management and assisting with the acquisition and disposition phases of transactions. In addition, Donna provided temporary Transaction Management assistance to several large portfolios during personnel transitions to maintain client satisfaction.
Before joining CBRE, Donna was a Project Administrator for PB (formerly Parsons Brinckerhoff Quade & Douglas), where she was responsible for managing multi-million dollar budgets for large scale engineering projects. Donna was also a Credit Analyst / Auditor for Ford Motor Credit Company, where she audited Ford dealer credit line documents for accuracy.
