Ellen Zalatoris

Ellen Zalatoris serves as a First Vice President in the CBRE Agency Leasing group, joining the firm in 2014 after its acquisition of U.S. Equities Realty.

Since beginning her brokerage career in 2016, Ellen has successfully completed over 260 lease transactions totaling over 2.3 million square feet, with deals ranging in size from 600 SF to 170,000 SF.

Ellen’s expertise lies in strategically working with her clients to evaluate their near-term exposure by mitigating risk of upcoming expirations, termination and contraction options, and working creatively to address tenants’ needs while maintaining ownership’s objectives.

Her primary focus is leasing office buildings in the Chicago CBD, spanning varying asset classes and submarkets. Ellen prides herself on the long term relationships she has built with her clients and helping implement real estate plans with an understanding of her client's strategic real estate goals.

Ellen is a Chicago native and lives in the Old Town neighborhood with her husband and daughter.
