Elli Klapper joined CBRE as an investment sales broker in 2006. At CBRE, Mr. Klapper has been instrumental in representing sellers and purchasers in all facets of the sales process throughout the tristate area and has closed over $3 billion in transactions to date. Elli’s thorough knowledge of the boroughs, Long Island and New Jersey has earned him an unrivaled reputation in the industry. His experience includes private investor transactions, like kind property exchanges, and net lease property sales. Elli’s knowledge of available deals, ability to source unique off-market product to specifically meet client’s needs and his ability to facilitate deals through to completion make him an asset to his clients.
Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Klapper took an active role in property management in a portfolio consisting of multi-family and retail properties. Elli has been involved in real estate his entire life, getting a firsthand look at the industry through his family’s investment and property management business.
Mr. Klapper develops and maintains relationships by making his clients’ needs his first priority. His extensive training has enabled him to develop strategies and ideas that reflect this dedication to relationship-building. Elli spends his spare time with his wife and five daughters as well as working with non-profit organizations which cater to mentally disabled individuals, children with cancer and troubled teens.
