Ellie Stacy currently serves as a Senior Valuation Associate in the Valuation & Advisory Services division of CBRE in the Jackson, Mississippi office. Ellie began he career in commercial real estate in 2016 and joined CBRE in July 2017. She continues her education through the Appraisal institute and is currently working towards her Certified General appraisal license and plans to pursue the MAI designation.
Ellie has experience in appraising a number of different property types including the following: apartments (affordable & conventional), industrial buildings, mobile home parks, office buildings, portfolio valuations, religious facilities, recreational land, restaurants, self-storage facilities, single-tenant retail, and vacant development land.
