Ellycia Halden

Ellycia Halden began her tenure at CBRE in 2014 and has since become an associate of the Central San Diego leasing team of Chris Pascale, Ryan Egli and Mike Hoeck. Ellycia is focused on institutional office leasing throughout Central San Diego with a focus on accelerating deal flow. With a strong attention to detail and responsiveness, Ellycia excels at executing transactions across the team’s portfolio. She also specializes in rollover management strategy, inventory analysis, and creative marketing approaches.

Prior to joining CBRE, Ellycia earned her bachelor’s degree from University of San Diego in Finance and Philosophy while competing in Division I rowing.
