Emily Friedlander specializes in tenant representation as a member of the Healthcare & Life Sciences Group within the CBRE Houston office. The team is solely dedicated to the medical and life science market providing a complete range of commercial real estate transaction services including landlord representation, tenant representation and investment sales services for hospital systems, physician groups, specialty groups, post acute operators, behavioral health operators, public & private healthcare investors and life science occupiers and investors.

Emily focuses on strategic occupier advisory throughout the Houston region with clients ranging from the independent physician to regional and national healthcare and life science providers. Her current responsibilities include business development, portfolio optimization, site selection, financial analyses, and transaction negotiation. Emily’s commitment to service and unwavering persistence have proven instrumental in her clients consistently accomplishing their real estate goals and objectives.

Prior to beginning her real estate career, Emily lived abroad as an active member of our military’s Special Forces community in Okinawa, Japan where she gained invaluable leadership, team, and life experiences.
