Allison Kelly and Carol Trapani became a powerhouse female team in 2009. With Carol’s 35+ year career at CBRE and Allison’s 20+ year career, they are highly accomplished in executing complex sale, lease and build to suit transactions as well as delivering the highest level of results to their occupier clients. They also bring tremendous experience to marketing existing, ground up development and repositioned office properties resulting in successful leasing and sale outcomes.
Rachel Pourcho and Emily Ishibashi provide the foundational support for the team with their invaluable execution of property marketing plans, administration and client service. Rachel established her career at CBRE many years ago and continues to shine as an exceptional professional providing excellent communication and execution skills to our clients. Emily is our newest team member excelling in transaction management, property marketing and accounting.
