As a Senior Project Manager for CBRE, Emily is responsible for the management and oversight of projects in the commercial office, tenant improvement and industrial sectors. She works closely with the clients, owners and project teams to set clear expectations and develop a plan unique to each project that can be executed successfully. Emily brings her vast knowledge and experience in planning, interior design, FF&E, cost/budget analysis and project management to each client and project for optimal results.
Emily has over 18 years of experience in the Design and Construction Industry in Nashville. Before joining CBRE, she most recently served as the Operations Manager for a commercial furniture dealership where she managed a team of Project Managers, Field Supervisors and the Warehouse/Service teams. She has personally managed and successfully executed over 2 million SF of commercial furniture projects.
Emily is an active member in the real estate community and participates in groups such as NAIOP. She has been an active team member/fundraiser for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society from 2011-2019.
