Eric joined CBRE in 1998 as Operations Manager for Executive Centre and GE Aircraft Engines Customer Technical Education Center. Eric is responsible for contractor relations, preventative maintenance, life safety, staff supervision and space construction for the Northern Cincinnati suburban Class A buildings. Eric has been employed at the same location since 1987.
Prior to joining Executive Centre, Eric opened the Hyatt Regency Cincinnati serving as the Hotel Energy Manager for three years. Prior to the Hyatt, Eric worked for Cinergy in the Nuclear Production Department at the Zimmer Power Plant performing plant maintenance.
