Eric Schmidt

As a Sr. Project Manager for the CBRE Occupier Project Management team in Chicago, Eric Schmidt is responsible for day-to-day project management services including initial assessment and strategy, schedule coordination, budget analysis, design and construction bidding, oversight and field observation. He strives to assure a constant balance between risk, cost and performance on each project. With ten years in the project management industry, Eric’s commitment to world class outcomes for each client is paramount to driving highly efficient project teams toward achievement and execution.

Prior to joining the Occupier Project Management team, Eric spent several years in the Oil & Energy sector providing Principle Project Management services to British Petroleum through CBRE. His projects ranged from critical facilities modifications, office tenant improvement & global program management. Eric’s deepened awareness of accountability provides an excellent platform on which to assure each project’s success.
