Eric Sears

Eric Sears is a Senior Associate in CBRE’s Midtown office, where he focuses on both landlord and tenant representation, serving clients throughout Manhattan. He has extensive Manhattan market knowledge, leveraging it on behalf of his clients, and with a significant background in investment sales, Eric brings exceptionally strong financial savvy to his role. An emerging leader in Manhattan real estate, Eric was honored to be named as New York Real Estate Journal’s 2020 “Ones to Watch” and was a CBRE Rising Star in 2019.

Before joining CBRE, he worked as an Investment Sales Senior Associate at Cushman & Wakefield for three years. Through networking, canvasing, cold calling and presentations, he originated business that exceeded $150 million in closed transactions.

Eric is an avid skier and golfer as well as engaging with the cultural life of the city, enjoying memberships at the Met, Guggenheim and Whitney museums. He is a member of MindsAhead, an educational organization dedicated to delivering high-quality afterschool programs to young children and goal-based tutoring to older children.
