Prior to his current role, Eric was a research analyst at CBRE focusing on both industrial and retail sectors. He gained a comprehensive understanding of local and national market

Eric currently resides in Austin, TX. He enjoys the urban rich amenities and dynamic rural landscapes that make Austin so appealing to both residents and employers. In his free time, he enjoys golf, trail hikes, reading, tennis, snowboarding and experiencing new cultures through travel.
