As Project Coordinator for CBRE Land Surveying, Erina serves as a client contact ensuring the successful completion and accuracy of their survey as well as a full spectrum of due diligence projects within the Assessment & Consulting division of CBRE.
Erina has over 10 years of experience in Project Coordination and prides herself on clear and thorough communication, allowing for the scope of work to be accurate and delivered on time for nationwide clients. She consistently serves her clients with in-depth knowledge of the platting, re-platting, subdividing process within our industry and works as a critical part of due diligence teams to ensure the desired outcome is met.
Prior to her career with CBRE Land Surveying, Erina served as an Escrow Closing Manager and has maintained her license as a Title Agent in Ohio. She holds a B.A. in Business Management from Walsh University, Canton, Ohio and has numerous professional certifications in the real estate and title industries.
When Erina isn’t working, she spends her free time with family and they are loyal supporters of the high school teams where her daughter attends school. Erina has a passion for music and dance and stays heavily involved in her daughter’s competitive dance team.
