Fiona Blackmore

As a Vice President with CBRE, Fiona specializes in both occupier and landlord representation as well as pad acquisition & disposition. With over 17 years of retail brokerage and development experience she brings expansive industry knowledge and relationships to the Virginia CBRE retail platform. She has marketed, leased, and pre-leased prominent developments ranging from super regional power centers, mixed-use projects, traditional neighborhood centers and specialty centers.

Prior to joining CBRE Fiona served as a leasing and development specialist for Parker Burnell Real Estate Group, handling a portfolio of retail centers and representing new to market restaurant concepts with their Virginia expansion. Fiona started her career at Venture Realty Group in 2007, where she eventually became a Partner. She managed the leasing of over 3 million square feet, has negotiated hundreds of leases with local and national brands and has completed multiple land sales and build-to-suit lease/sale transactions. She enjoys all phases of retail development from inception to completion, including design, proforma analysis, tenant mix, lease negotiations and marketing strategies.
