Gabriella (Gaby) Llanes joined the CBRE Debt & Structured Finance group in June 2021 as a Financial Analyst, assisting the Greene Lewis Team. Since then, she has been active in every step of the transaction process. Gaby and her CBRE Capital Markets team structure various capital arrangements, including permanent debt, bridge debt, construction financing and joint venture equity. Gaby and the Greene Lewis team represent primarily institutional clients.
Gaby is originally from Miami, Florida and graduated with a degree in Economics with Financial Application from Southern Methodist University in May of 2021.
