Gary Bricher

Gary leads the day-to-day operations for the CBRE UTC IFM program throughout the United States. He works closely with the Alliance Director and the Canadian Regional Facilities Manager to create a collaborative partnership with UTC. His goal is to craft specific, effective solutions tailored to optimizing efficiencies at each of the UTC sites.

As Senior Facilities Manager, Gary leads a multi-discipline team of five facilities professionals in the United States. Gary and his team are determined to exceed UTC’s expectations by providing innovative services, delivered with integrity and accountability.

Gary has more than 16 years of experience in facilities management, engineering design and operation. Prior to joining CBRE, he spent more seven years with ARAMARK Higher Education in various facilities management roles. Most recently, he oversaw facilities and operations as the Resident District Manager at Trinity College in Hartford, CT. Prior to that, he oversaw facilities and operations as the Executive Director of Facilities and Operations at Trinity Washington University in Washington, D.C.

Before entering the higher education industry, Gary held a project management role at NAVFAC-HQ and Marine Engineering roles with AMSEA.
