Associated Office
George S. Quay V is an Associate with CBRE Capital Markets, specializing in the acquisition and disposition of multifamily properties across the Tampa Bay, Southwest and Central Florida markets. As a St. Petersburg native, he uses his experience and relationships to better assist his clients and maximize their returns.
Mr. Quay began his commercial real estate career serving as an investment sales analyst with CBRE’s multifamily investment sales team in Tampa where he contributed to the disposition of over 10,857 units valued at nearly $2.1 billion. His work spanned both private and institutional sectors, honing his skills in complex real estate transactions.
Mr. Quay also gained experience at Stoneweg US, where he served as an Asset Management Analyst, managing a $2 billion portfolio of more than 11,650 units nationwide. In that role, he excelled in tracking ROI on capital improvements, providing solutions to discrepancies with budgets and underwriting, and delivering key analyses during market uncertainty, all while maintaining adherence to ESG policies.
Mr. Quay attended the University of Georgia, where he served as the President of the Terry College of Business Real Estate Society and held multiple leadership positions throughout the Greek Community including an executive position on the university’s Interfraternity Council.

Team History
Our team as be specializing in the Middle Markets space since the early 2000’s. We started at Marcus & Millichap where our high level of success had us consistently finishing within the top 20 of all brokers. We were later recruited over to CBRE in 2019 to full a Middle Markets void where CBRE never had a presence. We have achieved over a billion dollars in sales a couple times in the last few years, which is impressive given market conditions. Our team has been able to operate at a high level in a space that CBRE has never Competed. Currently, we have 1 team consisting of 5 producers and 2 analysts.
Markets
Our main territories are the Gulf Coast of Florida as well as Noth Florida Market. Generally, our primary focus include assets in the cities of Tampa, Orlando, Jacksonville, Bradenton, Sarasota, and Ft. Myers as well as the Space Coast.
