Glenn Fry has more than 20 years of operational and business-development experience in facilities management and the corporate real estate industry. Glenn collaborates with many of the world’s largest organizations to develop transformative workplace solutions covering numerous asset types.

Based in Seattle, WA, Glenn leads the sales and client solutions leadership team within CBRE’s multi-billion-dollar Technology, Media & Telecommunications sector and is accountable for global business growth and retention of the sector’s enterprise clients.

Previously, Glenn held leadership roles for CBRE in APAC and EMEA. He was responsible for pursuing growth with multi-industrial clients by developing client optimization and corporate real estate solutions through facilities management, advisory & transactions and project management services.

Prior to CBRE, Glenn led sales and solutions-development efforts for Bellrock Property & Facilities Management, ISS and Sodexo, focusing on market intelligence, integrated facilities management expansion, and organic and whitespace growth.
