Gracin Raz

Based in Portland, Oregon, Gracin Raz specializes in the acquisitions and dispositions of Office & Industrial Investment Properties throughout the Pacific Northwest region. As a trusted advisor, Gracin connects his clients with the right people and opportunities by leveraging his comprehensive experience in evaluating opportunities, Gracin enables his clients to achieve their financial goals.

Prior to joining CBRE, Gracin stayed busy traveling across the nation competing in multiple NASCAR divisions. Gracin inked his name into history in 2015 when he became the youngest winner in NASCAR from the State of Oregon. From the age of 16, he has been actively working with partners while aligning unique interests together to form Business-To-Business relationships to help support his racing career.

Today, Gracin remains active in motorsports racing as a driver coach. Since being out of the seat full time, he has completed Cornell University’s Commercial Real Estate program with a focus on acquisitions and development.
