Graham Shue currently serves as Senior Analyst for CBRE’s National Loan & Portfolio Sale Advisors. Since joining in 2018, he has participated in the advisory and placement of more than $3 billion in loan and portfolio sales.
Mr. Shue’s responsibilities include debt and equity underwriting and modeling, development and implementation of sale strategies and buyer and seller communication. He is involved in sales of disparate real estate portfolios and all types of loans secured by varying product types across the U.S.
Mr. Shue holds a Bachelor of Science with a concentration in Real Estate from Wake Forest University’s School of Business. While at Wake Forest, he served as an aide to the University President and Board of Directors.
