Harry
Krieger joined the CBRE Debt & Structured Finance group as a Production
Analyst in September of 2013. Since then
he has been active in every stage of the transaction process. Harry and his
CBRE Capital Markets team represent primarily institutional clients including
some of the top pension fund and private equity fund investors in the
country. Harry received his Bachelor of
the Arts from Harvard University in 2013.

These investors include government agencies, life insurance companies, pension funds, credit companies, conduits/CMBS banks, along with offshore and private investors.
The Bryant-Wagley CBRE Debt & Structured Finance team provides expertise across all property types and capital structures while offering clients the benefits of specialization within each property sector. Our multi-disciplined team is comprised of six highly experienced production professionals, five dedicated production analysts, and six closing specialists.
Our experienced production team expertly meets the various financing requirements of our clients, regardless of property type, complexity, frequency or geographical location. Whether a single-asset transaction or a multi-property portfolio assignment, we view each financing opportunity as a chance to serve as a trusted capital advisor focused on maximizing the value of our clients’ real estate investments.
