Heather Lambert serves as the Director for Property Management for the Las Vegas team and is responsible for the overall oversite of management operations totaling more than 10M SF. The Las Vegas Property Management team is comprised of real estate professionals and building engineers who manage and maintain a diverse portfolio of industrial, office, land, retail, and commercial Association properties. Heather provides not only support and guidance, but also works with her team to ensure compliance in all aspects related to property management. Additionally, Heather collaborates closely with the various Receivership, Brokerage, Investment, and Project Management groups within CBRE focusing on client care and business development.
Heather joined CBRE as a Real Estate Manager in May 2013 after seven years with Landry & Associates, Inc., followed by Avison Young via merger acquisition. During her tenure with Landry & Associates, Heather managed and oversaw the various daily operations involving commercial property management of 3M+ SF and worked directly with her Broker on business development, Receiverships, and leasing of industrial and office assets. At Avison Young, Heather was instrumental in the acquisition process and managed 1.6M SF of office, retail, and industrial properties, along with specializing in commercial Association management. Under her Association experience, Heather has managed a multitude of commercial Associations ranging from medical/office to retail to industrial class sets. She has also worked closely with Declarants and Boards of Directors providing guidance and support.
During Heather’s 17+ years in commercial real estate, she has acquired multifaceted experience related to managing assets, including, but not limited to, financial reporting and forecasting; budgeting; CAM reconciliations; tenant lease compliance; vendor relations; and capital oversite. Furthermore, Heather’s construction management involvement has led her to oversee a wide range of projects, from tenant and interior building improvements to roof replacements, asphalt work, sustainability efforts related to lighting and FLS retrofits, HVAC replacements, and landscape conversions.
With her experience, Heather has not only built extensive client and industry relationships, but has also fostered a strong team environment that focuses on growth, development, and best practices within property management.
