Professional Experience
Holly Unck is a Vice President of Transaction Tax Services in the Phoenix Office. Located in the CBRE Phoenix office since 2017 Ms. Unck has over thirty years of transaction tax experience in throughout the United States, and now leads CBRE’s transfer tax practice advising CBRE clients related to these matters. Ms. Unck specializes assisting taxpayers in reducing the amount of real estate transfer tax payable on real estate transactions both before and after a sale has been completed. She has both federal and state tax experience to ensure that all areas of taxation are properly considered when advising clients on transaction tax issues.
Ms. Unck is also experienced in assisting clients with sales and use tax issues, including advising as to the application of sales or use tax to a business or transaction and assisting with sales or use tax audits from various state and local taxing jurisdictions.
