Chen Hong Zheng is an integral part of the commercial real estate market and has a total of 11 years experience in CBRE. She focuses on assisting tenants in sourcing and evaluating office, data centres and business park space along with negotiating commercial leases. Hong Zheng advises a variety of multinational clients and major occupiers in relation to real estate strategy, tenant representation and transactions.
Hong Zheng has worked on a number of major Built to Suit (BTS) projects involving both office, business park and data centre facilities. She is particularly experiences in analysing the financial impact of real estate and has assisted in developing real estate strategies for some major occupiers including Citibank, Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs, Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley, Symantec and VISA.
