Jack Buckley advises investors, developers, landlords, and tenants in all facets of their real estate strategy for industrial and logistics properties. He has advised clients through all aspects of leasing and sales transactions, with a special emphasis on site/lease acquisition and disposal, site identification, and development.
With a decade of commercial real estate experience, Mr. Buckley has been involved in more than 13 million square feet of leasing and sales totaling $145 million.
Prior to relocating to Florida, he was an industrial logistics investor leasing professional with CBRE’s office in the United Kingdom, covering the London, southeast, and midlands markets. Even now, he continues to work with a number of key clients from Europe.
Mr. Buckley previously worked as an Associate Director at Cushman & Wakefield and as the UK Property Asset Manager for Murphy Group where he was responsible for over one million square feet of industrial investment property, 250 acres of strategic land and seven operational sites. During his time at Murphy’s, Jack developed several new industrial projects and increased revenue by $3.7 million annually.
