Jama Myers

As the dedicated Client Services Specialist for the team, Jama Myers assists in the marketing of their platforms of specialized services and expertise focused in the industrial real estate sector including: acquisition, disposition, landlord representation, tenant representation, build-to-suit opportunities, land development, special properties, warehouse & distribution, manufacturing, food-related and port-related facilities as well as multi-market real estate services in Sacramento, and throughout the U.S.

In this role, Jama serves as a project manager, marketing coordinator, as well as client services support. She is the centralized point person for each project by which all related requirements are executed to the highest level of client satisfaction. Jama is well respected by clients and her colleagues and is an invaluable resource and contributing member to the team in achieving the highest and best results for our clients.

Jama has recently re-joined CBRE. She was previously employed with CBRE from 2007-2013, where she served as a Senior Administrative Assistant to multiple salespersons within the Sacramento and Roseville offices. During her time away from CBRE, she was an Assistant Property Manager for Inter-Cal Real Estate and most recently with Donahue Schriber. While at Donahue Schriber her two-person team managed 2 million square feet of Class A retail shopping centers located throughout Nevada, Sacramento and the Bay Area. She also assisted in the disposition of five shopping centers, the acquisition of four shopping centers, as well as prepared and presented yearly shopping center operating budgets for approval to executive committee members.
