James McClelland Gale is a Vice President (Honorary Title) in CBRE’s Advisory and Transaction Services Group in New York City. Prior to joining CBRE in 2022, Mr. Gale served as a Senior Associate at Cushman & Wakefield, and had previously led business development teams for commercial construction/development and contract furniture firms in New York City. Mr. Gale is well-versed in representing tenants and owners across the globe, and his expertise uniquely positions him to advise clients on the many diverse aspects of commercial real estate beyond leasing and sales transactions.
