James Gunning

An industry veteran with more than 30 years of experience, James Gunning heads CBRE New Jersey’s Capital Markets Debt & Structured Finance team. During his career, Mr. Gunning has represented and negotiated with major owners and institutions throughout the United States. Since opening the office in 1993, he has consistently ranked among the firm’s top producers, securing in excess of $5.0 billion of debt or equity financing and investment sales over the past 15 years. Mr. Gunning has frequently been honored as a recipient of the Colbert Coldwell Circle, which recognizes the top 3% of commissioned salespeople at CBRE.
