Janice McGinnis is a Project Manager with CBRE Project Management in Hawaii, advising clients in all phases of project management, including procurement/contracting, initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closeout phases of a project. Janice has over 12 years of project management experience at CBRE.
At CBRE, Janice has extensive experience in transition management and program management. As a Sr. Project Manager at CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS), Janice managed the transition of over 400 retail and parking sites from construction to facilities operation, totaling more than 20 million square feet of real estate.
