Jason works within CBRE’s Advisory & Transaction Services - Industrial/Retail Brokerage division. Jason has a strong work ethic and a keen ability to provide strategic solutions for his clients. His background is in commercial brokerage, portfolio analysis, and account transaction management. He also collaborates with CBRE’s Aerospace & Defense Contractor Practice Group. Jason joined CBRE in 2003 and he provides his industrial and retail clients with tenant advisory services including, site selection, headquarters relocation, and portfolio analyses. He represented prominent companies including Allied Industries, American Racing Equipment, AVEOX, Inc., CLOPAY Doors, TriPoint Engineering, Wal-Mart and Youngblood Skin Care. Jason will be focusing on local and national industrial/retail opportunities in Hawaii where he can leverage his experience with CBRE’s platform.
Jason held the Account Manager role for over 10 years on the Northrop Grumman Account, a Fortune 100 Aerospace & Defense Corporation. In this role he managed the needs of multiple Northrop Grumman sectors with a global footprint of over 34M square feet. Jason worked diligently with Northrop Corporate Real Estate and various sector real estate teams on HQ projects, portfolio consolidations, cost savings initiatives, and long-term strategic solutions. Projects ranged from complex office and manufacturing lease transactions, sale dispositions, as well as identifying key locations for smaller business development offices around the world. Jason and his local transaction teams consistently received 94-96% positive performance ratings annually by utilizing CBRE’s process driven, results oriented approach. Jason leveraged CBRE’s best-in-class resources to provide Northrop Grumman with a competitive edge. Jason’s responsibilities included operational leadership of the global account with management of multiple CBRE services (TM, PJM, Appraisal/Valuation, Consulting and Dilapidation Services.) Jason helped streamline the work-flow process and develop customized transaction documentation and broker valuation forms with Northrop Treasury to support Lease vs. Buy analyses and FASB compliance. Jason continues to support Northrop Grumman as the SPOC on a limited basis, providing brokerage transaction management and the coordination of specific CBRE services worldwide.
