Jed Stirnkorb

For over 25 years, Jed Stirnkorb, Senior Vice President at CBRE’s San Diego Office, has been a consistent top producer in the commercial real estate industry.

Jed is one of the preeminent brokers in the San Diego marketplace.  His success on behalf of tenants, investment clients, and landlords is unparalleled.  Major companies that he represented include Celgene - 196,000 SF, Realty Income - 122,000 SF, Aldila - 73,000 SF., Qualcomm - 42,000 SF,  Vistage International - 32,000 SF and Goodwin Procter - 21,000 SF.

During his career, Jed has received numerous real estate awards.  While at Burnham, he was a “Top 10” producer for many years.  Since coming to CBRE in 2008, he was the recipient of the “RISE” award, voted on by his peers. This was given to the broker who best exemplifies “RISE” values of Respect, Integrity, Service and Excellence.  Additionally, in 2011, Jed was ranked in the “Top 5”  and in 2013 "Top 10" for San Diego out of 100 brokers.

Jed maintains a high level of community and charitable involvement.  He is on the “Partnership Council” for the San Diego Chapter of the American Cancer Society.  This 12-person council meets regularly and oversees the largest fundraiser of the year for the American Cancer Society.  Additionally, he is actively involved in the Rancho Santa Fe Senior Center.  The Senior Center provides much needed resources to the elderly within his community.  He is also a 15-year member of the Rancho Santa Fe Golf Club and oversaw the Junior Golf Program for a few years. 

Jed is a San Diego native, a graduate of San Diego State University, and resides with his wife Sally in Rancho Santa Fe.
