Jeffrey Higgins

Mr. Higgins oversees all aspects of the construction operation including new business development and supervising projects from the pre-construction phase through the bidding process to completion of the job.  He also works closely with local building authorities and government agencies to ensure compliance to laws, regulations and zoning issues.  His ability to integrate the various phases of the construction job involves assembling a professional job site staff, budgeting and job costing, risk management and monitoring quality control throughout every project.  This has enabled Jeff to complete a wide variety of jobs successfully and to the satisfaction of his clients.

Prior to joining CBRE, Jeff was a project manager for Contrak Corporation, a local Columbus, Ohio Construction Management firm.  With more than 28 years experience in the industry, Jeff has been involved with the construction of notable Central Ohio projects.  These include projects such as Worthington Industries, which consisted of the total renovation and upgrade of a new 140,000 square foot Class “A” corporate headquarters building.  Additional projects include the new headquarters and building renovations of the Ohio Police and Fire Pension Fund at Town Center (140 East Town Street), Xenos Christian Fellowship, a 42,000 square foot religious center and school, and various renovations and new facilities for many clients.
