Associated Office
Jeff Kleinschmidt is the Global Vice President of Products, GWS and the GWS Facilities Management (FM) Product Team Leader. He oversees the governance and day-to-day operations of the GWS Products team. Under his leadership the team is responsible for innovating, scaling, and mainstreaming CBRE’s differentiated offerings to the GWS business.
Previously, Jeff served as the Global FM Centers of Excellence Leader on the Enterprise FM Platform team providing global leadership across technical services, sustainability, workplace experience, FM solutioning, maintenance provisioning, apprentice programs and technical training.
He also led the development and implementation of FM programs, tools, and operational practices to best position CBRE’s industry-leading expertise with our FM clients.
Prior to his roles on the FM Platform, Jeff also served in various account leadership positions within the Enterprise business spanning the financial services, technology, manufacturing, retail, insurance, and health care industries. Jeff’s responsibilities included day-to-day operational leadership of facilities management and project management functions necessary to support services provided to our clients.
