Mr. Bell is a Senior Vice President in the Southfield, MI office of CBRE. Since entering the commercial real estate industry in 1986, Mr. Bell has specialized in the leasing of office, high technology, and industrial properties, and the associated acquisition and disposition of these property types. Additionally, Mr. Bell provides consultation support to other specialty groups within CBRE including its Capital Markets and Industrial Groups, as well as mixed-use projects that include an Office component. Prior to joining CBRE in January of 2006, Mr. Bell was a Senior Vice President of both Colliers International, and prior to that Grubb & Ellis (now known as Newmark Knight Frank) for fifteen years.
