Jennifer Barnes is a Transaction Manager with CBRE, the world's largest full service commercial real estate company. Based in Walnut Creek CA, Jennifer represents a Fortune 50 global technology company. In her role on the team she provides real estate transactions services for properties located in the Americas comprising of the United States, Canada, and Latin America. She is currently working with a Global High Technology Company.Jennifer’s real estate experience also includes spending five years working on two additional CBRE Accounts. From 2008 to 2010, Jennifer was on the Hertz Account. On this Account she was a key member of the Transaction Management team. In her role she was responsible for acquisitions and dispositions throughout the Western United States and Western Canada. From 2006 to 2008, Jennifer was a key member of the Chevron Account Transaction Management team servicing Chevron’s acqustions and dispositions throughout California and Arizona.
