Professional Experience
Jennifer Suhr is an Associate Director on CBRE's National Industrial & Logistics Research team, which provides internal and external data and analysis support to all client and broker needs. Jennifer is an accomplished research leader with vast experience in analysis as well as writing of key trends and sector insights in the industrial commercial real estate world.
Prior to joining CBRE, Jennifer provided Chicago industrial research analysis and data for Colliers International. Her work there involved co-authoring the Chicago quarterly industrial report, managing the internal property and comps database, as well as assisting the brokerage team with requests and data analysis needs.
Prior to Colliers, Mrs. Suhr spent four years working at Willis Tower in downtown Chicago for HSA Commercial. It was there that she supported their industrial brokerage team as well as assisting with office administration and marketing needs.
Jennifer is a licensed real estate professional in the state of Illinois. She was born and raised in the Chicago area and currently resides with her family in DuPage County Illinois.
