Jeremy Wernick joined CBRE in 2019 as part of the Tri-State Investment Properties. Mr. Wernick started his real estate career in 2014 with another national real estate firm and, prior to joining CBRE, worked for a mid-size boutique firm specializing in investment sales in Central New Jersey.
Mr. Wernick advises real estate investors in the acquisition and disposition of industrial, multi-family, development, office and retail properties throughout the Tri-State area. His market knowledge and pinpoint canvassing of each market makes him an irreplaceable asset to both his clients and his team. Mr. Wernick is always available for his clients and makes their needs his top priority.
Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Wernick was involved in many notable transactions such as the $32M disposition of Silk Lofts in Bayonne, New Jersey (the former Maidenform factory conversion to an 85-unit apartment building) as well as the $13M sale of a 136-unit, 55+ community in Sayreville, Gillette Towers. During his short tenure at CBRE, he has already closed over $250M, including the $67.56M sale of the 19 acre industrial land site in Ridgefield, New Jersey, and the $59M industrial portfolio sale in Fontana and Rancho Cucamonga, California.
Mr. Wernick resides in Fair Lawn, New Jersey with his wife and three children.
